年产量达20万片！万年晶第三代半导体项目投产
据大美上饶消息，近日，万年晶第三代半导体项目已正式投产。该项目总投资25亿元，投产后将成为江西省首个量产氮化镓车载功率器件的晶圆厂，年产量达20万片。
资料显示，万年晶半导体是省内首家蓝宝石基功率器件研发、生产和销售公司，主营第三代半导体高电子迁移率晶体管芯片，可广泛应用于数据中心、储能、汽车电子等领域。
